Budgetary Pricing [ ROM ]
Align your budget and vision early-on in the design of your new office. Engaging with an AV integrator early on in the architectural process is key to a successful execution.
Budgetary pricing (also called ROM) is offered to businesses and architects in the early budgeting phase of a new project. It provides a non-binding estimate based on your system requirements, number of rooms, and complexity. Budgetary pricing is typically requested 4 to 12 months before permits are pulled for an office refresh or new build. We provide Budgetary Pricing for projects ranging from a single conference room to multi-floor build-outs. Budgetary Pricing is complimentary for organizations in Idaho & Washington.

3 Phases of the Design-Build Process
LET’S GET STARTED
Strategic Design Consulting
Strategic AV Design Consulting is for jobs where extra emphasis is required in the design stage. Strategic Design Consulting is a stand-alone design offering and is often paired with a quote for the integration.
Strategic Design Consulting is ideal for two project types. The first is for those with an extraordinary vision for an AV-enabled space. These unique environments push the status quo, incorporate technology in uncommon ways, and bring your vision to life. Museums, community centers, and showcase environments are a few examples of areas that benefit from extra emphasis on design.
The second use-case is for those working with an architect and needing 5+ room types. We’ll work with your internal team to understand your needs, conduct interviews, and craft a set of design standards which can be deployed throughout your organization.
These standards typically feature a similar interface and hardware specifically selected for the room type (for example: Huddle rooms, Meeting Rooms and Board Rooms). The room systems are then replicated throughout your campus so each room type has a standardized system.
At the end of the Strategic Design Consulting Project you’ll be provided:
- Bill of Material with manufacturers called out
- ROM for System Integration
- Integration Scope of Work
- 1 Lines
- Full Elevations (Rack and Wall)
- Recommended Integrator Qualifications
- Recommended Integrator Selection Criteria
Our clients typically transition from a Strategic Design Consulting Contract directly into an Integration Project with us.
Mitigate The Unknowns with Pilot Rooms
We often recommend pilot rooms when we’re creating new design standards for a business. This method helps mitigate the risk of a large-scale roll out with new standards. It provides the opportunity for your end-users to try the system and provide critical feedback. Our team takes these insights and adjusts the AV design standards where needed, giving you the confidence your deployment will hit the mark with your users. While pilot rooms do require early planning, the value of a pilot room’s payoff is multifold.
