If your system goes down you will receive priority support from Neurilink. Elite Protection is the only service plan with guaranteed 2 hour call response time and 24 hour on-site response during normal business hours.

System Inspections

Elite Protection arms you with preventative maintenance to help stop issues in their tracks.

With Elite Protection, you will receive two System Check-Ups  a year. Your system will be thoroughly audited to identify any items that may lead to AV problems. Our team preforms a 20-point check on system performance, connections, and wiring. We will clean and reset if needed, check for proper alignment and check lamp and filter hours if applicable.

Complimentary Tier 1 & 2 phone support help you troubleshoot basic system glitches. Elite Protection also features unlimited Tier 3 support in the event extensive remote support is needed or a service technician must be deployed to your site.
